How To Remove Your Phone Number Identity From Truecaller

In these days, we all use smart phones and there is an app known as Truecaller which is the most popular for showing the caller identity.

The Truecaller works simple. First, you download the app. Then you open the app and fill your details. Because, until you fill your details or register your identity it will not allow you to have access.

Here most of the people fill their details and get registered. Then at some point they want to remove or hide their identity from Truecaller for personal or some other reasons. But most of them don’t know how to do it. 

So, in this tutorial, I am going to show you how to remove your phone number and identity from Truecaller.

Step 1 : Open your Truecaller app and click on the menu option that is available on the top left corner.

Step 2 : Then you will see few options and just click on Settings.

Step 3 : After you click on Settings, click on About 

Step 4 : Then you will find a option as Deactivate account and Click on it to Deactivate your Truecaller account.

Step 5 : After you Deactivate your account, Now go to Truecaller Unlist Page [www.truecaller.com/unlist].

Step 6 : On that page, you need to enter your phone number with country code. Then confirm the verification and Click on Unlist button.

That’s it. Your phone number and identity will removed successfully from Truecaller database within 24 hours.
